Who of you does not know the famous Agatha Christie novel, Assassination on the Orient Express, which has also inspired films of great international success? Originally designed to transport travelers from Paris to Constantinople, in a lavish environment with 5-star hotel services, it was considered the no plus ultra of the luxury travels of the time. The first train left the Gare de l'Est in 1883 and is still in service today, thanks to Belmond Management Limited, which has managed to preserve the magic of that era on board.

Chinese cuisine like the Italian one is famous all over the world. “Spaghetti” (typical Italian food) originally came from China; Chinese version, internationally known as noodles, are appreciated  all over the world by the most gluttonous palates. They are made with wheat or rice, they can be prepared in many ways, what matters is their deliciousness.

The Greek colonies founded in Sicily and Southern Italy, starting from the VII century. a.c., developed and achieved such prestige as to rival their motherland in power and wealth. Syracuse was one of these colonies, and even today the origin of this splendid city is well preserved in the incredibly preserved Greek theater, inside the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, one of the largest archaeological areas of the Mediterranean.
